Our Non-Stackable Rear Load Container is built for robust performance and reliability in commercial and industrial waste management. Designed with high-quality materials and fully welded construction, these containers ensure durability and efficiency for everyday use.
Standard Construction:
- Durable Body and Floor Panels: True to gauge, prime 12 gauge body and floor panels for enhanced durability.
- Fully Welded Panels: All body panels are fully welded, with fully welded 10 gauge bumpers for added strength.
- Structural Channels: Three 1½”H x 3”W structural bottom channels on 4-yard containers and larger. All exterior channels are structural, with no formed channels used.
- Rear Lift Hooks: 1” diameter solid steel rear lift hooks for secure handling.
- Pull Handles: ¾” diameter pull handles welded to the front of the container, standard on 3-yard containers and larger.
- Drain with Plug: One ¾” diameter threaded drain with plug per container for easy drainage.
- Trunion Bar: 1½” diameter solid steel trunion bar on 1-3 yard containers and 1¾” diameter on 4-yard containers and larger.
- Lids: Single wall, vacuum-formed HDPE plastic lids supplied by Impact Plastics.
- Lid Rods: ½” diameter zinc-plated steel lid rods with Nylock nuts on one end.
- Identification Tag: Steel serial number tag welded on all containers.
- Casters: 6” diameter polyolefin casters with greaseable roller bearings on 1-3 yard containers (2 swivel and 2 rigid) for easy movement.
- Industrial Finish: Coated with industrial enamel primer and paint supplied by Sheboygan Paint Co. for long-lasting protection.
- Ready to Use: Delivered completely assembled and ready for immediate use, including caution/warning decals, D.O.T. reflective tape, and any customer-supplied decals.
