  • Undercarriage – 3" structural channel 18" on center with full 3" structural channel apron
  • 1" Solid bullnose inserted 2 " into rails
  • Front Rollers - 4" x 5¾" with grease zerks
  • Rear Rollers – 8" Dia. x 10" Long with grease zerks
  • Door frames constructed of 3" x 4" x 3/16" tubing (No formed channel)
  • Extra heavy-duty door hinges with grease zerks. Each hinge assembly covers 1 Linear foot of door surface
  • 3" x 4" x 3/16" & 3" x 6" x 3/16" Structural tubing used for back channel and roof supports
  • Guide support latch side of door
  • ¾" Hook plate with 1¾" Hook
  • ½" Thick wheel plates
  • All floor to wall, A-frame, & rear stiffeners are fully welded
  • Liquid tight sealed doors and sealed charge opening doors available upon request
  • Tapered construction for easier dumping
  • Door safety chain uses a heavy-duty latch system (Safer & more user friendly than conventional methods)
  • Industrial enamel primer & paint supplied by Sheboygan Paint Co.
  • Containers are delivered complete, ready for use including all Decals & D.O.T. Reflective Tape (Including Customer supplied Decals)
